About Us

 The Hunters' Tower was converted into a Restaurant in the early 70s by then Anthony Schranz and Carol Calleja. Those days it was an instant success also as it was one of the very first restaurant of it's sort. It was acquired by the Dalli family in the early 80s whom further developed it into a restaurant of 200 covers and a pizzeria of 120 covers. It is still run by the Dalli family to this very day making it unique as it is a rare case to have a restaurant go on for such a long period of time. We have achieved this by trying always our very best to satisfy our customers by offering quality food and personal attention. We pride ourselves upon the huge amount of repeat customers that we have, not only local patrons but also foreigners.
